Janis is an accomplished real estate professional with more than 40 years of experience helping buyers and sellers make confident, informed decisions. Throughout her career, she has earned numerous designations, awards, and professional honors, while remaining dedicated to educating and serving her community.
Among her proudest accomplishments is co-hosting a community radio show on AM 1310 for more than 20 years. The show continues to air Saturdays from 1–2 p.m., offering listeners practical information and helpful guidance.
Although Janis has always loved working with first-time homebuyers, she is especially passionate about her role as a Senior Coach. As a senior who has experienced life transitions herself, she understands the emotions, challenges, and possibilities that accompany a new chapter.
As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® and Senior Liaison, Janis helps older adults and their families explore housing options, downsize or resize, declutter, and connect with services that support a smoother transition.
Beginning December 1, Janis will host YOUR NEXT CHAPTER, a new SRES television program dedicated to seniors and their families. She looks forward to introducing viewers to local living options, sharing practical resources, and helping them approach their next chapter with confidence, peace of mind, and a sense of possibility.
