The Senior Sports Livestream focuses on senior-friendly physical activity including golf, pickleball, yoga, tai chi, water aerobics, and more. It also features comparison programs that help seniors make informed decisions about helpful products. 

Each livestream day begins with Hour 1: Faith & Devotion (Lifestyle) or Comparison Programs (Sports) followed by Hours 2–6, which are theme-based segments that repeat throughout the day, making it easy to tune in anytime.
