It's our hope that every real estate agent who has a love for senors will read this. I’m reaching out because I’m involved in a project that started a few years ago with a group of SRES agents in Utah. What began as a small initiative has grown into something truly impactful for seniors across the U.S.

A few years ago, about 20 SRES agents pooled $500 each to launch a local television program called Senior Solutions on ABC4 in Salt Lake City. This program, which covered a wide range of topics important to seniors—including housing options—was so well received that we expanded it to other cities.

The response was overwhelming. It became clear that there was a real need for a dedicated television network for seniors. That’s why we launched the Senior Television Network—the first 24/7 network focused entirely on senior lifestyles and well-being.

The network now features two dedicated channels:

• The Senior Lifestyle Channel – covering everything from housing and healthcare to travel and financial planning.

• The Senior Sports Channel – promoting health, exercise, and senior sports activities.

Each day, the Senior Television Network features housing news reports on topics like downsizing, retirement communities, reverse mortgages, and tiny homes. These reports are broadcast frequently throughout the day and are brought to viewers by trusted, local SRES agents like you.

To make sure seniors can find the right agents in their area, we’re also launching the National Senior Agents Directory—a comprehensive resource listing select agents across the country, including their credentials and areas of expertise.

The network is creating the Senior Agent Awareness Program.  Agents who are part of this program will receive leads from seniors who request the services of a senior agent specialist.  I’d like to invite you to be one of our preferred agents. The cost to be in this program is $100 per month on a 12 month basis with a $100 setup fee which goes to create your listing.  Once created your listing is self-managed.
